These terms govern your purchase of products from Fast Cats Packaging Inc. This is sample copy provided for client review and is not legally vetted. Please consult qualified legal counsel before relying on these terms.
1. Ordering & Acceptance
Orders are confirmed in writing by Fast Cats Packaging Inc. We reserve the right to decline orders that exceed available inventory, contain pricing errors, or conflict with export controls. Orders above 1,000 units require a signed purchase agreement.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, freight, and surcharges. Net-30 terms are available to qualified business accounts upon credit approval. All other orders are due on invoice. We accept ACH, wire transfer, and credit card; credit card payments over $10,000 incur a 2.9% processing surcharge.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed before 2 PM PT ship the same business day, subject to inventory availability. Standard transit is 1–5 business days within the contiguous United States. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer at carrier tender. Fast Cats Packaging Inc is not liable for carrier delays.
4. Returns & Refunds
Unopened, non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Custom-printed and made-to-order items are non-returnable under any circumstances.
5. Warranty
Fast Cats Packaging Inc warrants that products will conform to published specifications at the time of shipment. This is our sole warranty. All other warranties, express or implied — including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — are expressly disclaimed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the product purchase price. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including lost profits or business interruption, regardless of cause.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and site content are the property of Fast Cats Packaging Inc or its licensors. Site content may not be reproduced, modified, or redistributed without prior written permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
